AAA Now Offers State Agency Identification Services in Retail Offices

Members and the general public can now visit the AAA West Chester location for fingerprinting, identity history checks, and more.

PHILADELPHIA, PA (August 9, 2021) AAA has expanded retail services at its West Chester Car Care, Insurance and Travel Center to offer convenience and peace of mind to AAA Members and the general public in need of state agency identification services. 

Services offered in partnership with IdentoGO byIDEMIA include electronic fingerprinting for employment, certification, licensing, and other verification purposes. These services will be available at the AAA retail office located at:

Hours: Monday through Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

State agencies who may require these services include the PA Department of Aging, PA Department of Banking and Securities, PA Department of Human Services and PA Department of Transportation.

AAA Members and the general public can schedule appointments online, although walk-in visits are also welcomed. Proof of identity in the form of a driver’s license and/or state identification is required at all appointments. All associated fees can be paid by credit card, check, or money order (cash is not accepted).
